Thank you for your interest in joining the 4Seasons PROBUS Club.
Our membership is currently full, and the wait time to join may exceed one year. We review applications annually in October and offer any available spots based on member renewals. Invitations are sent in order of application date.

Before starting the process of becoming a member of the 4Seasons Collingwood PROBUS Club (The Club), please familiarize yourself with our club, our constitution, and the types of activities and events we enjoy. If you see this as a fit for you, then you're most welcome to become one of us!
The Club only offers individual memberships. Each application is for one person only. If you are applying as a couple, you must each complete an independent application.
Please print, read, sign and upload our waiver in the Waiver field of the following on-line application form.
The waiver can be digitally completed by following these instructions.
